The club is located in Bethany United Reformed Church (accessible via Church Street) and has exclusive use of the hall and a small outdoor area.

It provides care for children aged 3 to 12 years from Ysgol Bro Allter and Ystrad Mynach Primary school, as outlined in the admissions policy. Registered with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW), the club accommodates up to 29 children.

The club offers a child-led environment designed to meet the social, physical, intellectual, creative, and emotional needs of each child, while recognising their individuality.

A diverse range of activities is available, planned daily activities alongside opportunities for free play. Children are encouraged to participate in planning and evaluating activities, as well as suggesting ideas for purchasing equipment.

Snacks and drinks are provided during sessions, adhering to the club's healthy eating policy and accommodating dietary needs specified on each child's registration form.
